You Make That Box Then Go Up To Images Then Click the top thing that says Crop To Selection And Wella Less Work For You!!!

no i mean making a penguin alone without its background, u have to use a tool to get all the pixels off only the penguin so it can go in like how my penguin looks in my sig

how did u do that 6/10 sig, it looks cool but through a perspective eye the blur is too much and clone thing is wierd, but what program?
