VERY IMPORTANT WHAT I AM USING COULD BE TOOLS YOU DONT HAVE, DON'T ASK ME HOW TO GET THEM, SEARCH IN GOOGLE :PAINT.NET PLUGIN (NAME OF PLUGIN WHICH I WILL SAY) PLUS I HAVE TOLD U HOW TO INSTALL EFFECTS, BY DOWNLOADING THEM THROUGH WINRAR ZIP OPENING UP THE ARCHIVES WHICH ARE .Dll THEN ADD THEM TO PAINT.NET'S EFFECT FOLDER.

first off all i tend to erase all that white stuff

then with the sqaure option in tools i make the sig size then hit crop to start off

then i use gradient in tool box and make this as the background.

then you mgiht not understand but after u read through this, im making a shine on top use the line and curves to make and shape on a new layer

next use the magic wand inside the shape

then u can delete that alyer and make another one

now use gradient with colors shown and and make it look similar to this

now go to the option that i arrowed and put the opacity/transpercity on 100.

now go to effects tab ontop go to photo then to glow

now to make it look cool go to effects, to fill and click radius fill thing and make to 50 and it looks like this

now paste them together with the hourglass shaped thing in layers box, now to add text click the a thing(optional or u can go to a site to make text for u which u can like a picture crop it into the image)

and now go to effects and its called cloud(not on any section just cloud) and make it anyway u want it by i used the options like this and it turns out like this

and all in all after u paste it and save it and get a code of it this is the true pciture( im putting the code so i guess kyledavis can have a free bee on this sig)

make a account in photobucket and upload the image there then it should give u a img code, or go to tinpic.com and it gives u a code without making an account, but i use photobucket to save all ym pics unlike tinypic.com
and the programs u need for this is
corner radius fill, cloud, feather.
